Where did The nightmare before Christmas song "What's this" by Fall Out Boy come from?

I'm pretty sure it never came out on a CD but I'm not entirely positive about that. I think it just lurked around the internet. But Fall Out Boy, Panic! and another few bands promoted Nightmare Before Christmas by covering songs out of the movie.
