My employer is cheating me here in Australia, can you help me with my options?

My employer has led me to believe that I am paying taxes and superannuation weekly when in fact he is pocketing the money for himself. Without any taxes or super ever being paid it is very easy for my employer to destroy any evidence of me working for him. If I contact the Australian Taxation Office will I be able to get my employer fined if I have a few witnesses?
