What color curtains should I use for my burgundy focal wall?

I just painted the majority of my room in a neutral color and painted the focal wall where the window is in burgundy. I am a little confused as to what color curtains would coordinate best with the burgundy being as though my entire theme is gold and burgundy(area rug, cormforter, throw pillows, lamp). I was considering a chocolate brown for the curtains since my bedroom set is also a chocolate brown color but I'm not sure if that would be too much........i need HELP!!!!!!!
