If you mean the usual monthly breakouts, then yes- you sure can. The ovaries are usually left behind with a partial hysterectomy, only the uterus is removed. Otherwise you would hit the menopause wall immediately, and hard. The ovaries continue to function as always, up until the normal time for you to experience menopause, and then you experience it with the same sorts of symptoms- minus the odd periods of course. You can always have acne for other reasons as well, though, that have nothing to do with the hormones.
