Wierd bowel movements.....parasites? UGH!!!?

For about a week now ive had a LOT of gas, my feces ( sorry have to explan) is always either lumpy squishy. LIke an hour ago i went to go poo, and two lttle papaya looking green seeds came out. I feel disgusting right now. I have lost some of my apetite. Im so scared to even go poop now EWWWWW!!! what do you think it is.
