Pregnant and tested for HIV???????????

I am 4 months pregnant and had tests which Included syphillis and HIV/AIDS.I have had a few ual partners in past yr as I split from my longterm partner a couple African Americans.NOT THAT I AM STEROTYPING,as know any1 can carry these,but my tests were 4 days ago and I have heard nothing yet.Is thi a good sign??
