My whole two-door whirlpool refrigerator becomes a freezer!what could have gone wrong?

water in the pitcher also turns to ice,the fruits in the vegetable bin harden,what could be the problem?i had my ref repaired.defrost timer and "overload" (or compressor overload?) repaired.after repairing,this is what happened.what could have gone wrong? thanks.
