Why won't my car start in the morning?

I recently got a car from a auction it's got 102,000 miles on it it's a chrystler Sebring 1997 and lately in the morning when it's cold before the sun really warms things up the car won't start but when I come back when it's warm it will start perfectly everytime. I think that the previous owners never really took care of it and changes fluids or spark plugs. So I think it might be severly warn and dirty spark plugs but I don't no
