Tax after separation?

I separated from my husband two months ago and we no longer live together. Being that we are still legally married, has he been my spouse for the full financial year, or just while we were still living under the same roof? Also, do I still have to include his taxable income on my tax return...the split was and still is nasty and I do not want to request this information from him.
