Should I move out as a freshmen?

Ok so I have the oppurtunity to buy a place with my roomate for only 350$ a month. It is in their basement and the owner says she is ok with moderate partying. The place is in Boulder however I will be going to school in Denver and there is a bus that I can ride for free between Boulder and Denver for school. I only have school two days a week allowing me to work. I have 1500$ saved up I dont have to pay any utilities and I would only have to put down a deposit of my 350 and first month of 350. Leaving me with 800$ What does everyone think. Should I buy it and attempt to get a job and live a fun freshmen year in Boulder with all my CU Boulder friends or should I just live at home?
