My roommate keeps bringing guys back to our room at night!!!!?

I'm studying abroad for the semester in the US (Penn State) from the UK. I've been here for 7/8 weeks so far and my roommate has brought a guy back from parties etc every week!! I wouldn't mind if they i as just a couple of guys (we're all human after all) and didn't wake me up, but they're there for a couple of hours, talking (they try to whisper but often don't), giggling, you know what. I can not sleep through any of it and it keeps me up, my day off today and i lost 3 hours of sleep cos of it. I know hooking up is the more the norm here and it is a party school (my lecturers/advisers at home didn't tell me lol), but doesn't it seem a bit out of order/unfair?? What would you do in my situation? So far when it's been happening i've tried to go back to sleep, it's not happening, maybe get up and say hi in-future? If i talk to her about it, how do i start/what do i say!? I have a long-term boyfriend in the UK so she know i won't ever bring back unexpected guys.
