I have a 98 318i 4 cyl bmw. is a regular oil change ok or do i need the supreme one they offered?

there are about 76,000 miles on the car and when i took it in they had three options of oil changes I could choose from. I dont want to pay extra if it doesnt matter but does it? does anyone know if regular change is ok?
