Enlistment with a criminal record?

while working as a club promoter i met a female who i later found out was 16, the bouncer told me. i then broke all ties with her, i was very upsetting to her because i was mean about it, 6 months later she went to the police. i was charged and arrested. she told the police that i took her to a public street in broad day light and kissed her in the mouth and tried to touch her she felt annoyed and scared. the charges were attempted forcible touching, attempted ual abuse, harrasment, and endangering the safety of a minor. i took a plea deal and pled guilty to disorderly conduct. the charges were dissmissed and the record sealed. i know that theres no such thing as a sealed or exponged record to the army but is this going to disqualify me?
