Ear help - piercing infected?

i got my ears pierced 10 days ago. I have sprayed and twirled the studs twice a day, sometimes even 3 times. I was unable to spray them last night and this morning because i lost the spray, but im just about to go out and buy some. Today, my right ear has been crusty around the peircing. My ear is kinda tender when i touch it, but it is not red. My left ear is fine, its crust free, and not tender. I was wondering, is this the beginning of an infection, or is it normal. These are my lobes btw
