Did Adam have testicles when created? Did Eve have a womb? Or did God only add those after they misbehaved?

Presumably they wouldn't have needed them if they hadn't been with that apple. Or perhaps God knew they would be all along and equipped them right from the start. Such difficult things to decide when you're inventing mythology...
